MISSION ENGINEERING

We develop solutions for missions that need capability at the speed of relevance.

We are the best at moving data around the globe, between sensitive networks and across regulated boundaries.

We've implemented high-scale connected and disconnected solutions for Aerospace, Defense, Energy, Law Enforcement and Financial Services use cases around the globe in some of the most difficult geographic environments.

We are deeply familiar with highly distributed compute, storage, database and network architectures and how to right-size a solution for you.

And when it comes to AI and machine learning, we don't just use buzzwords - we deliver real results.

Hyperscale cloud environments, disconnected edge devices, Modular Data Centers, IoT, satellites, antennas, RF, EO/IR, SAR, communications, troposcatter, optical, RF, microwave...we love it all.

BUREAUCRACY HACKING

We specialize in doing things, quickly. We firmly believe that there is no such thing as a "no-win scenario."

Often it’s not technology hindering mission…it’s the policy, process and paperwork.

We change the conditions so you can win!

We know how to navigate government policies and regulatory requirements to implement your solution...on time. We are policy nerds, and we're proud of it.

Access to key decision makers, legislators, Authorizing Officials... budgets, security and compliance...all factors in executing your mission outcome on time.

If we don't think we can do it, we will refer you to someone who may be able to assist.

NIST 800-53, DoD Cloud SRG, CMMC, CDTAB/DSAWG/ISRMC, RTB compliance...whatever your issue, we will dive deep and recommend a way forward.

How do we engage?

We deliver high quality consultation and engineering outcomes for the toughest mission challenges. Speed matters to us, and to our customers.

Getting started is easy. We work on a project-basis with a simple to understand Statement of Work that provides commitments on your timelines. If we can't do it in the time you need it, we will happily offer a referral to other solutions providers.

What happens during an engagement?

First, email us at info@omegapi.net, it's that simple!

Tell us what you're looking for and rough estimate of timelines. Give us your contact info, who you work for, etc. NO SENSITIVE DATA. We will provide a secure drop box.

Not comfortable sharing details by email? No problem, give us your availability for an in-person or virtual meeting (we are on the East Coast). We can manage secure communications in multiple environments and conditions if needed.

Scope the project.

This is the easiest part - tell us in plain language your desired mission outcome and when you need it done by.

If you are unclear exactly how to articulate it, we will help you figure it out. We are deeply familiar with highly distributed compute, storage, database and network architectures and the underlying engineering needed to right-size a solution for you.

We are even better at navigating government policies and regulatory requirements to implement your solution...on time. If we don't think we can do it, we will tell you.

We Issue a Statement of Work.

We will provide fixed rates, based on complexity and the amount of time we have to deliver.

Our objective is to not lose money on your project and your objective is to get something important done quickly.

We will work together to get the Statement of Work in a place that meets both of our objectives.

Get Stuff Done!

If our project is purely consultation and advisement work, we will make it easy to schedule our time and will ALWAYS provide a weekly update on our progress.

If there is engineering work involved, you can expect weekly updates and regular demos as we iterate on the architecture, software design and implementation.

We are partners in ensuring you get the desired outcome, on the timeline you need it by, with the right quality for your mission.

Debrief.

We formally close out every project with a debriefing on how well we achieved your desired outcomes, share metrics and anecdotes, discover what we can improve and explore other opportunities to collaborate.
